01Who we are

Strong for Tomorrow is a trading name of Axurium Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17358125). Registered office: 82a James Carter Road, Mildenhall, IP28 7DE, United Kingdom.

Axurium Ltd is the controller of your personal information, which means we decide how it is used and are responsible for keeping it safe. You can reach us about anything in this policy at [email protected].

02What we collect

  • When you visit the website: technical information such as your device, browser, IP address and the pages you view, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Cookies below).
  • When you use the free macro calculator: the details you enter, such as your age, sex, height, weight, activity level and goal, so we can work out your numbers. If you ask for your meal plan, we also collect your name, your email address and anything else the form asks for.
  • When you apply for coaching: your name, email address, phone number and your answers to the application questions, which can include information about your weight, your health, injuries or medical conditions.
  • When you are a client: the information you share during coaching, such as check-ins, measurements, progress photos if you choose to send them, and your messages. Payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card details.
  • When you contact us: what you write to us and your contact details.

03Information about your health

Some of what you tell us, such as your weight or a medical condition, is health information, which the law treats as special category data. We only use it to calculate your numbers, to assess whether coaching is right for you and to coach you, and only with your explicit consent, which you give when you submit it.

You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing us. We will then stop using it, although we may not be able to keep coaching you without it.

05Who we share it with

We never sell your personal information. We share it only with the people and services that help us run Strong for Tomorrow, and only as much as they need:

  • the platform that hosts our website, forms, bookings, emails and text messages;
  • our form provider;
  • our payment provider;
  • the coaching app our clients use;
  • the service that hosts the videos on our pages;
  • analytics and advertising platforms, where you have agreed to cookies;
  • the Strong for Tomorrow coach who works with you;
  • professional advisers, such as our accountant, and authorities where the law requires it.

Each of these works under contract with us and may only use your information to provide their service.

06Information sent outside the UK

Some of these providers store information outside the UK, for example in the United States. When that happens, we rely on the safeguards UK law provides, such as adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement, so your information stays protected.

07How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as we need it for the reasons above.

  • If you use the calculator or apply but do not become a client, we keep your details while you stay on our email list. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
  • If you become a client, we keep your records for up to six years after your coaching ends, in case of legal claims and because we must keep financial records for that long. After that, we delete them.

08Your rights

You have the right to:

  • know how we use your information (this policy);
  • get a copy of the information we hold about you;
  • have anything inaccurate corrected;
  • have your information deleted;
  • restrict or object to how we use it, including for marketing;
  • receive your information in a format you can take elsewhere;
  • withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on it.

To use any of these rights, email [email protected]. We will reply within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the chance to put it right first, so please contact us.

09Cookies

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use essential cookies and similar storage that make the website work, such as remembering that you have closed a pop-up. With your agreement, we may also use analytics and advertising cookies to understand how people use the site and to measure our adverts on social media.

You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings. Refusing non-essential cookies will not stop the website working.

10Children

Our coaching and free tools are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

11Keeping it safe

We use reputable providers, secure connections and access controls to protect your information. No system is completely secure, so if a breach ever puts you at risk, we will tell you and the Information Commissioner’s Office as the law requires.

12Other websites

Our pages link to other websites, such as our social media. We are not responsible for how they handle your information, so please read their own policies.
